My name Lauren , but you can call me Lol’s . I want this blog to be authentic and identifiable as you uncover what makes me tick – Nails! Here’s a little more about me so you know what to expect in my upcoming blog posts.

I’m a 30-something year old Durbanite…for those who don’t know, that’s a city called Durban in South Africa. Yep! This girl is Proudly South African. By day, I am a Marketing & Sales Co-ordinator for a large engineering company. After hours, I’m a Student of IMM Graduate School of Marketing completing my final year of my BBA in Marketing Management. When I’m not buried under my books and being pulled in all directions at work, I follow my passion of Loving My Manicures.

Life will constantly throw curve balls at you and you find that you’re always putting things off for when you have more time. So now, through all the hustle and bustle that life has presented me with, I’ve decided that this is MY BETTER TIME!  I am embracing NOW –sink or swim, I am going to do this. And more importantly, I am going to make a success of it.

Over to you…

I would like to thank you for following my blog. It means the world to me that people have a common interest with me and that I can use this platform to share my experience and my love for nails with you. My brand means so much more to me than just being a name as you will find out during the upcoming weeks. The Love Your Manicure brand encompasses how I truly feel, it captures the little things that make me feel good about myself and on my bad days, even empowers me to push a little harder to get to where I want to be in life.

You’re wondering, ‘Can a manicure do all that?’ But as we go along I’m hoping that I can show you how to LOVE YOUR MANICURE as much as I do. How it’s not all about a simple manicure but about the person behind the manicure and what it says about you and how it can empower you as a person.

If you would like to know a little more about me you can read my first blog post where i gave you a little about my history and experience in this industry. For The Love Of Nails

That’s as far as I’m going to go for now. Thank you for joining me on my first step of Life, Love and Manicures…Until next time….#LYM
